Each core is designed to maintain roundness and concentricity under continuous winding tension, enabling stable roll formation and smooth build-up from start to finish. Carefully controlled outer finishes range from ultra-smooth surfaces for delicate or high-clarity films to coated and barrier-treated layers suitable for food-grade and hygiene-sensitive applications. Where required, specialised outer layers improve grip and facilitate faster winding start-up, helping reduce material waste and line interruptions.
